How Credits Work
Credits are consumed based on the complexity of your query. A simple factual lookup costs a fraction of a credit; a full legal memo costs 1 credit. Follow-ups and clarifications to existing answers are heavily discounted. If the AI needs to ask you a clarifying question (because your query is too vague), that costs nothing.

What happens if a query fails?
If our system cannot process your query (e.g., AI service disruption or timeout), the exact credit amount is automatically refunded to your account.
Do credits expire?
No. Purchased credits and free trial credits never expire. Use them whenever you need them.
Can I get a refund on purchased credits?
Credit pack purchases are non-refundable, but unused credits remain on your account indefinitely. Failed query refunds are automatic.
